Marcel Lubben is Managing Director of DSM Venturing and DSM Licensing.

DSM Venturing is the Corporate Venture Capital unit of DSM and is a strategic investor in start-up companies active in Life Sciences and Material Sciences. DSM Licensing, the global Licensing unit of DSM, is responsible for in- and out-licensing of core technologies and products for DSM.

Before that, Marcel worked in different commercial roles ranging from Business Development & Licensing to Sales & Account Management. He was VP Marketing, Sales & Business Development for DSM Biologics.

He has an extensive background in Project Management and Program Management. Marcel has lead high-performing teams in both Commercial as well as R&D environments in meeting ambitious goals. His fields of activity include chemical & materials, nutrition and biotech.
