Paul Stiros is CEO of A&S Management Services LLC, a consulting and services firm helping Client Companies identify new opportunities for growth through “Domain Explosion,” an A&S-proprietary methodology and design and implementation of effective Open Innovation practices to fill capability gaps.

Paul was engaged through A&S to serve as President and CEO of NineSigma Inc. from 2004 to 2009. During this period NineSigma grew ten-fold. Through NineSigma he led the design and implementation of Open Innovation programs with a number of Fortune 500 Companies now recognized as the leaders in this pace.

Prior to establishing A&S Paul was Director of Research and Product Development at the Procter & Gamble Company where he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Fabric and Home Care division. Most recently, Paul was Director P&G Corporate Innovation and Knowledge focused on the implementation of Open Innovation known as “Connect and Develop” inside P&G. Prior to that, he had Global R&D responsibility for New Business Development. His group developed the Swiffer® dry duster and Swiffer® Wet Jet business and led the global expansion of P&G’s Surface Care and Laundry Additive business while heading P&G’s Innovation Center in Rome.

Paul has lived in Belgium, Switzerland, Greece, and the US and worked in Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master’s of Science degree from MIT.
