Corrine A. Sukiennik

Corrine is the Director of Global Licensing for Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a $15 Billion Fortune 500 Company. She is responsible for leading the out-licensing initiative for K-C’s intellectual property estate, which includes developing and implementing best practices for the identification, management, and marketing of Kimberly-Clark’s intellectual property worldwide. K-C currently maintains close to 3,000 U.S. patents along with their foreign counterparts. Presently, K-C licensing is expanding beyond patents and developing the corporation’s brand licensing program for some of the world’s most trusted and recognized brands.
Prior to leading the corporation’s licensing team, Corrine held various positions within K-C’s Personal Care, Family Care, and Health Care businesses. She held management positions in K-C’s Feminine Care business during which time she contributed intellectual property commercialized by the business. Following that, she led the multi-national Product Development team during the start-up of K-C’s new, “uncreped, through air dried” tissue mill in Villey St.Etienne, France. In addition, she was part of K-C Health Care’s acquisition team, during which K-C acquired Technol Medical Products, Safeskin, and Ballard Medical.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Corrine held positions at American Hospital Supply Corporation and Huyck Research Center. Corrine is a native of Western New York and studied at Buffalo State University, Florida State University, and the University of Tennessee where she received her Ph.D. She currently directs K-C’s Global Licensing operations which are located in Roswell, Georgia.
