Since 2006, Dr. Evelyne Prat has been the global director for Open Innovation of Rhodia Novecare, a 1 billion Euro division of Rhodia. Prat first joined Rhodia in 1987 as a research scientist. Since then she has held numerous positions, including one as the lab manager for synthesis of additives for concrete and mortars.

In 1999, Dr. Prat became involved in the business and marketing aspects of the company. She has been the global business director of Rhodia’s Additives for Pharmaceuticals and Electronics businesses as well as marketing innovation director for the company’s Fabric and Home Care business.

Dr.Prat graduated from the National Superior School of Chemistry of Paris and has a PhD in Electrochemistry with a focus on monitoring of alumina concentration in molten salts.
