Dr. Len Malinin is Director of Technology Development for Gen 3 Partners. He has been at the forefront of innovation leading professional teams of innovators in technology development, technology transfer, and innovation consulting. His experience has furthered the development and implementation of GEN3: Innovation Discipline at several Fortune 500 companies, where his consulting services resulted in delivering practical and substantiated solutions.

In addition to Len’s expertise in innovation, he is also a recognized innovator in the space of personal health monitoring and has worked on the development of prototypes within this emerging medical field. During his career his work has led to funded products and newly formed companies.

Prior to GEN3, Dr. Malinin was an Innovation Consultant at Pragmatic Vision International and a Project Manager at Invention Machine Corporation.

Dr. Malinin received his master’s degree in mechanics and control processes and doctorate in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg, Russia. He holds several international patents, has presented at international conferences, and published a book “Rotor Vibration Control.”
