Mark Roth is Vice President of Gen3 Partners. He is a senior Executive with over 20 years experience, is a leading expert in developing technology based businesses that address the manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, and food markets. At GEN3, he is responsible for leading client engagements that help major clients develop and execute strategies that drive business growth results through innovation.

Through his practical expertise Mr. Roth provides the GEN3 clients overall insight and guidance as he leads them through the G3: Innovation Discipline (G3: ID). Each engagement is structured by way of the G3:ID approach and begins with an in depth analysis led by Mr. Roth and his client teams.

Mr. Roth has held leadership R&D positions in Rockwell International, Honeywell, and Engelhard Minerals and Chemicals and has provided management consulting on corporate and business development issues to emerging technology businesses. Internationally, Roth has led the establishment of R&D operations in Eastern Europe and Russia, as well as coordinating globally distributed development operations on three continents.

Mr. Roth has served as a board member and director of numerous manufacturing industry and technology consortia including the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, the Microelectronics Computer Consortium, the Software Engineering Institute and the Software Productivity Consortium.
