Mr. Clark is the Vice President of Timberland’s Invention Factory department since September 2002. He also served as Vice President of Footwear R, D & D, August 2001 to September 2002, Vice President of Footwear Product Management, October 1999 to August 2001, Vice President of Outdoor, Boots, PRO and Mountain Athletics, June 1997 to October 1999, Category Director of Outdoor Footwear, June 1996 to June 1997, Manager of Footwear Product Development, September 1995 to June 1996, and Manager of Advanced Concepts, June 1994 to September 1995. Mr. Clark served at Reebok International as the Director of Materials Development, January 1993 to June 1994, and Senior Product Development Manager for the Advanced Concepts Group, April 1992 — January 1993. Previously, Mr. Clark served for five years at NIKE, Inc. as a Research Technician in the Nike Sports Research Laboratory and as the Manager of Product Evaluation.
