| The handler is designed to handle cassettes with sheet-like or film-like material of different sizes, with a different cassette for each size. A system controller automatically selects one of the cassettes according to the desired size. Each of the cassettes is supported on a support table. Each support table is movable along a vertical axis to position a selected cassette in front of a sheet picker that picks a single sheet from the selected cassette. The sheet is moved on for further treatment and the cassette is returned to the stack.
