| The process offered here enables the manufacture of plastic parts with smooth skins and foamed cores. The process can be implemented on standard molding machines equipped with gas injection hardware. It can be used with virtually any thermoplastic polymer. Compared to other foaming processes, this process allows more complex parts to be manufactured with better surfaces and lower foam densities.
