| Honeywell's unique, commercialized technology is suitable for fiber optic surface reflectivity (gloss) measurements. Measurement is accomplished by sensing both specular and diffuse reflections and are immune to environmental light changes, yet sensitive to reflectivity changes. The non-contacting sensors are designed to withstand harsh industrial environments (up to 350 degrees C.) and are EMI and VOC tolerant. The architecture is completely scaleable from a few to dozens of sensors. A turnkey system consists of sensors, a multiplexed interface, workstations, application software, and an operator interface.
