| The Air Conditioned Helmet, (ACH), is the only truly practical and functional air conditioned helmet design in the world. It utilizes a compact thermoelectric air-to-air heat pump to cool, (or heat), air ambient air that is then blown through a special inner air flow layer structure, starting from the back of the helmet up and over, as well as around the sides of the wearer's head. Air exiting the air flow layer above the wearer's forehead is cool enough to de-fog the visor of a full face type helmet and also offers face cooling as well as cooled air for breathing, which also assists in cooing the ACH wearer. |
