| This technology enables the economical production of inorganic light emitting diodes (ILEDs) starting from precipitated ZnS nanoparticles, undoped or doped. Incorporation of Mn2+ or Cu2+ ions as doping agents to change the emission spectrum can also be done through precipitation.
