| The SPC-3000 self initiating coating and companion electroless copper immersion plating bath represents the successful achievement of years of research into the theory of controlled chemical reactions, as well as a technological breakthrough in the science of molecular transfer orientation. The simple spray, wash and plating process is possible by creating the electro-chemical reaction on the surface of the cured spray coated part when submerged in the immersion bath thereby eliminating the need for additional expensive hazardous processing stages (i.e. surface activated primers, toxic metal depositions, palladium chloride activators and poisonous formaldehyde or cyanide based copper plating solutions). |
