| The only technology of its kind, the Atomic Penetratioin of Materials (APM) technology diffuses the atoms from superior metal(s) and implants them into the interstitial spaces of surface molecules of existing metal parts, creating patentable polycrystalline materials. The application is entirely uniform, no matter the complexity of the part. Depth of penetration can be controlled, up to 20 mils. Enhanced designer surfaces increase/provide: strength, increased ductility/tensile strength, greater heat/abrasion/corrosion resistance. Surface properties change dramatically to reflect end-use preference.
