| TIM has been designed and intended for: • thermal insulation of refrigerating chambers and cooling cabinets, various kinds of process and household furnaces and other thermal equipment, • thermal and sound insulation of industrial and household premises, (floor/ceiling/wall facing and decorative finishing), • thermal insulation of heat mains, etc. TIM is a porous material made on the basis of silicon dioxide (wasted silicon dioxide). It can be produced either in 2-20 mm ball-shaped pellets or in sheets (up to 20-mm thick), with face surfaces plated in aluminium foil, glass fibre or basalt fibre. The foil ensures the thermostatic effect. |
