| The CG-Lock is a patented, true “first-of-its-kind” product. The aftermarket version of the CG-Lock simply clips onto the existing (factory-installed) seatbelt of most cars, SUVs, trucks, and other vehicles and permits the lap belt portion (but not shoulder belt portion) of the seatbelt to be tightened from gentle to extreme. There are several important applications for lap belt tightening in eleven different markets - several very large. The CG-Lock technology, in aftermarket and original equipment forms, has a revenue potential of $109 million projected for 2010. The penetration estimates used are considered by some to be conservative and there are several upsides not included in the revenue estimate. One version of the CG-Lock has been for sale since 2004 in one market only (the Performance Driving market). This market is a success and customer satisfaction is outstanding. During the development and subsequent marketing of this invention, a large number of additional uses were discovered in a number of very large markets. We are seeking partners, licensees, investment, and/or major distribution to expand our operations and capture these emerging opportunities. The CG-Lock has passed extensive testing including US DOT NHTSA FMVSS “crash tests”, in-use tests, customer tests, and expert analysis, and does not interfere with seatbelt operation or safety.
