| This technology has been designed to use a mobile phone, PDA, GPS system (or Tom Tom), MP3 player, IPod, Digital Camera and Digital Video Camera (any handheld device with a digital screen) as a ranger finder. This is done via a very compact laser module. This laser module can be integrated into the device, or connected to the interface of the device. The devcies display is used as a view finder with zooming features, and a cross-hair display in order to facilitate the focusing of the target. Using the Keypad buttons the distance is measured and shown in the display.
