| CLEANSENS is a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas photometer. It is used to measure the presence and concentration of gases which include, but are not limited to, fluorinated compounds, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and deposition pre-cursors. It uses a patented sensor to achieve a very wide dynamic range of detection with accuracy at both ends and linearity throughout its detection range. As an example, the detection range using PFCs is typically from 1 ppm up through 10% concentration (5 decade dynamic range). This performance is achieved with both response and stability while being internally pressure, temperature, and drift compensated. It operates over a wide temperature range and at pressures from vacuum through five atmospheres.
