| Novel condensation polymers have been prepared by the copolymerization of a N,N*-disubstituted disulfonamide with an organic acid dihalide such as dicarboxylic dichloride,disulfonic acid dichlorides, bic chloroformates, phosgene, diisocyanates, etc,. Novel diepoxides have been prepared as follows: (1) the Claison rearrangement of allyl aryl ethers to allylphenols, (2) conversion of the allylphenols to allyl phenyl ethers and (3) epoxidation of the allyl phenyl ethers to diepoxides.
