| The High Power atomizer (HPA) can be used in aviation as well as ground machines and portables, which can be applied both for peaceful and for military purposes. These powerful atomizers are made utilizing high-output rotary discs whose productivity is 100% more than the existing discs on the market today. For example, if the current rotary disc output is 10,000-12,000 droplets per second, then High Power Disc output is 20,000-24,000 droplets per second without altering the droplet size and disc parameters. Thus, the High Power Disc’s productivity is doubled. (Fig.1,2,3, patent) Assembly of several of these discs in a row on a rotary shaft produces very powerful aviation and ground atomizers (Fig.9,10,11, patent). HPA belongs to the class of spinning disc atomizers with ultra low volume (ULV) technology. This technology conserves the environment as well since minimal amounts of pesticides enter the soil and agricultural products. A disc atomizers can generate any type of droplet sizes, ranging from fog droplets to coarse rain droplets (7-12 microns to 300-500microns and more), changing only a rotation speed of a disc. They produce homogeneous droplets (in a narrow range of spray droplet sizes). HPAs can be applied in agriculture (aviation and ground machines), orchard sprayer, vineyards or putting out forest fires as well as their prevention (i.e. artificial rain), medicine, industry, spray drying technology, creation of microclimates, paint and more. For military purposes HPA may be applied for defense (deactivation of a contaminated territory), as well as for fast and effective atomization of Non-Lethal Weapons. |
