| The use of solar panels to generate electricity is becoming more and more attractive due to increased costs of mineral oil and more awareness of environmental impact of conventional energy sources. Most systems used for residential houses comprise of a number of solar panels and a single-phase inverter to generate AC power. With the trend of higher power output of solar installations there is an increased need for three phase inverters. The surplus energy will be fed into the main electricity network. In order to do this the AC power must be clean from disturbance and higher order frequencies.
