| Most processes for microsphere oral vaccine just can only used in laboratory but not in factory. Co-spray drying method can be used in industry for large scale production. Coating material and core material can be easy to mix and prepare to produce microspheres. Antigens were encapsulated in microspheres and protected it not to contact air, water etc. Different formulation can be used to control the time that antigens were released. This process to produce microsphere oral vaccine. Enteric coating material and core material (Ag, protein et al.) was mix well and to produce microsphere by co-spray drying method. |
