| This is an expression system for enhancing solubility and immunogeneicity of recombinant proteins. A simple and versatile E. coli expressing system to produce a large amount of highly soluble and immunogenic recombinant proteins is introduced. Up until now, growth factors, such as human IGF-I, chicken IGF-I, porcine LIF and porcine IGF-II, embryonic stem cell specific transcription factors, such as porcine Oct4 and human Nanog, as well as collagen binding domain, have been successfully produced by the system. The other cases are in accumulation. |
