The Manage page consolidates the queues for managing TechPaks, TechNeeds, In-Licensing, and Out-Licensing introductions. These queues formerly appeared on the My yet2.com page.
For convenience, it also lists your organization´s yet2.com Administrators -- group, in-licensing, out-licensing, and i-4C out-licensing.
Important: The queues you see depend on the privileges granted to you by the organization´s group Administrator. (Personal account holders have all appropriate roles.)
TechPak Manager
All users can see the Live TechPaks link. Only the i-4C out-licensing Adminstrator can see the i-4C TechPaks link, and only if your organization uses the i-4C Technology Engine from yet2.com.
TechNeed Manager
All users can see the Live TechNeeds link.
In-Licensing Introduction Manager
- Action List: List of those introductions requiring the attention of the in-licensing Administrator
- Active TechPak Introductions: Introductions currently underway that involve acquiring the technologies in the TechPaks of other organizations
- Active TechNeed Introductions: Introductions currently underway that involve the responses of other organizations to your organization´s TechNeed
- Inactive TechPak Introductions: Introductions about a TechPak that have concluded.
- Inactive TechNeed Introductions: Introductions about a TechNeed that have concluded.
Out-Licensing Introduction Manager
- Action List: List of those introductions requiring the attention of the out-licensing Adminsitrator
- Active TechPak Introductions: Introductions currently underway that were requested about your organization´s TechPak
- Active TechNeed Introductions: Introductions currently underway because of your organization´s response to a posted TechNeed
- Inactive TechPak Introductions: Introductions about a TechPak that have concluded.
- Inactive TechNeed Introductions: Introductions about a TechNeed that have concluded.
