A global FMCG company with a leading oral care brand is seeking partners to create portable products that deliver fresh breath and a whole-mouth (tongue, cheeks, gums and teeth, covering both hard and soft surfaces) clean feeling anywhere and discreetly, with no spitting, rinsing or sink required. The search runs in two parallel parts:

Near-term: manufacturers with existing capability who can supply samples quickly.
Long-term: novel formats and partners to co-develop and scale them.

Background:

Current on-the-go options such as mints, gum and breath strips mainly mask odor and are often seen as candy. The organization wants products that are clearly oral care, give a noticeable clean feeling and stand out on shelf.

Requirements for both:

No spitting, rinsing or sink. Whole-mouth effect with a noticeable sensory cue, e.g. fizzing, foaming or cooling.
Leaves the mouth feeling smooth and clean with no film, residue or dryness.
Positioned as oral care, not confectionery. Gum and lozenges are out of scope.
Safe to swallow under US requirements. cGMP manufacture; ISO a plus.
No alcohol or dyes. Surfactants only where they serve a clear purpose.
Format first, ingredients second. Open to the partner’s formulations or the client’s own flavors and ingredients.
Supporting evidence: stability and safety data, claim substantiation, and experience with consumer or home-use testing.
Cost-effective, with early cost estimates welcome.
Able to scale up, directly or through a partner network.
US is the primary market; global manufacturing reach is a plus.
