Overview:
A yet2 client is seeking manufacturing partners for flow chemistry at pilot scale and beyond (100+ kg).
Background:
There is a growing desire to produce chemicals and ingredients more safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Flow chemistry supports this by carrying out reactions continuously in a controlled system, which can improve safety, reduce waste, and make scaling production easier.
Requirements:
- Partners and/or equipment providers must be beyond lab scale (kilogram and greater)
- Partners should be able to operate within the following conditions:
- Temperature range: -70 to 300°C
- Pressure range: 0 – 200 bar
- Partners that can support a wide variety of organic chemistry reactions, including but not limited to oxidation, reduction, condensation, hydrogenation, Grignard, rearrangements, substitutions, organometallic reactions and radical reactions.

- Modular continuous flow systems
- High-pressure flow reactors

Seeking contract manufacturers and equipment suppliers to deliver flow chemistry capabilities beyond lab scale for producing organic molecules.
